Booking and ticketing
The booking and ticketing software solution enables the management of capacity reservations and ticket sales. It is already being utilized in public and line transport (bus transport and ship transport).
The solution is composed of four basic functional components:
- Management
- Sales
- Online sales
- Reporting
These components are interconnected and supplement each other functionally.
The management component covers definition, capacity records and description, route establishment, pricelist creation and capacity sales arrangements.
The sales and online sales components encompass capacity reservations and sales according to rules established within the management process.
The management work is done by the user (capacity owner), sales can be done either by the capacity owner or by agencies, and finally, online sales are completely automated and do not require user intervention.
The reporting component allows current status overview of any system segment upon the user's request.
