F4B Implementation Steps

The cycle of implementing the information system F4B consists of a series of implementation phases:

  • Preparation
  • Planning
  • Execution

Each phase precisely states what has to be done; when, why and how it has to be done; and who has to do it. The planning and execution phase consists of a series of processes. Since process creation and customization is easy with F4B, some companies decide to define the system structure in F4B themselves.

Planning and execution phases:

  • Project preparation
  • Defining requests
  • Business process modeling
  • Creating processes in F4B
  • Program components customization
  • Testing the system
  • User education
  • Report design

Project deliveries are monitored and controlled during each step.

If it's hard to do, then you're doing it wrong.
